POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- This home has a Ring smart home security camera installed on the front exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area and driveway area. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. Please also note that the garage entrances are narrow and will not fit an oversized SUV.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
