POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 2 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

- This residence does NOT have A/C.

Lovely Townhome

Lovely home - very comfortable - well stocked with extra linens towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Close to Northstar with access to the gym pool and spa. Perfect for a family or two as all rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Can't wait to stay again!

The house was wonderful and very well stocked. Clearly loved and a lot of work has gone into updating things around the house. All new appliances, nice cookware and knives, comfortable beds and usually the first or second stop off of the shuttle in the afternoon when you're tired from a long day of skiing. The loft is cute and the house suited us all well. Will definitely stay again when we're not trying to bring our dog to the snow with us!

Place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Quick walk to northstar village. Couldn’t of asked for a better home.
