POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- All reservations are subject to approval by the owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hrs for confirmation.
- The damage waiver for this residence is a $200 non-refundable fee and covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage.
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 3 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Please note that walking access to the Timberline chair is available only when weather permits and the chair is operating. We do not offer discounts/refunds for lack of snow or due to the chair being non-operational. Please check the Northstar website for daily lift operations.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
